Ultimegil (アルティメギル, Arutimegiru) is an organization of phantom-monsters called Eremerian that traverse different worlds, seeking a variety of "attributes". Although they are the villains of the story, the majority of them are rather silly and comical and behave much like otakus, often admiring cute girls, collecting dolls, and even adoring the twintail heroines. Having discovered Earth is rich in "attributes", they began to colonize and make plans to conquer the Earth. Members include:

That evening, Twoearle creates a third set of Tail Gear. Aika wants to trade-in her Blue Tail Gear for the new model, but the TailYellow Gear, for some reason, does not allow her to Henshen ( Transformation Sequence ) with it. Next day CrabGuildy takes his best shot at also running amok at the local Toys-R-Us, only to be confronted by TailBlue, while TailRed protects Erina. But Erina knows that TailRed is Soji ! Horrors ! TailRed detransitions to Soji, and implores Twoearle to let Erina use the TailYellow Gear. Granted ! Erina does a Henshin to become TailYellow.

To help Souji, Twoearle gives him a Transformation Trinket that will turn the teenage boy into Tail Red, a super powered, armor clad... little girl with twintail hair? Eh, details, details. And so to protect his precious twintails, Souji sets off to become a hero in an increasingly ridiculous Affectionate Parody of Super Sentai and Magical Girl Warrior works, recruiting others like Aika and the Student Council President at Souji's school, Erina Shindou, along the way.
